Today the small caps (which I am short) rallied over 1% while the rest of the market stayed relatively flat.
Three defensive plays have completely fallen out of their channels, which really surprises me. $DPS $KR and $PEP
$KO, a third soda play, had a cushion from before the downturn, and stays in play.
It seems like any time there's a rotation, it lasts only long enough to take my money, which is unfortunate.
Also entering $ALXN long. It showed strength today, jumping back onto it's trendline.
